  • How do I reserve gear?
    Message us on this website or through our social media pages. Online bookings will be available soon.
  • How does billing work?
    All rentals require a security deposit. This amount is determined by the total amount of your rental divided by the number of days you are renting. You will be charged this amount and the remainder of the total rental fee will be due 14 days prior to the pick-up of your rental. Your Security Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your rental 30 days prior to your start date you will be charged your Security Deposit. If you cancel your rental 14 days prior to your start date you will be charged for half of your rental fees. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your start date you will be charged for the full rental
  • What if I return the gear damaged?
    Normal wear and tear is understandable and expected. Normal levels of dirt amounts of stains are understandable. Excessive stains, blood, smoke, etc. requiring excessive cleaning will incur a $100 cleaning fee per tent package involved. If item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, repair fees will be charged to CC on file. Any items returned "Damaged Beyond Repair" will be purchased at full retail price, charged to CC on file. Furthermore, if returned gear is not packed in a fashion similar to how it was delivered to you, there will be a $100 repacking fee.
